Callum is a user experience researcher driven by curiosity about people’s interactions with products and services, and a passion for championing end-user needs.

Since joining Linney in 2021, his career has come full circle, expanding from digital experiences to researching physical products, reflecting his degree in Design & Ergonomics from Loughborough University.
